Immerse yourself in the unique and sophisticated design of our apartment, which combines industrial elements with modern comfort. Exposed brick walls, visible piping and metal details create a vibrant, contemporary atmosphere.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs.

It is prohibited to throw any waste into the toilet (e.g. rubbish, paper, condoms, etc.), subject to an additional cost, as it may cause problems with the pipes, making it necessary to call a specialized technician.

It is not permitted to receive visitors.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 08:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.

We only accept small animals (cat or dog) and a maximum of one (01) per reservation with payment of an extra fee. Please inquire before booking.

Vale do Anhangabaú is a cultural space and occasionally hosts events, especially on weekends. The apartment is located about 500m from where the events take place, and you may hear some noise on these days.

The laundry available is self-service and payable and operates 24 hours a day inside the Building.

There is a paid parking lot right next to the building.

The location is incredible, right in front of the new and recently revitalized Vale do Anhangabau, you can explore São Paulo from one of the most vibrant spots in the city center.
