For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs.

It is not permitted to receive visitors.

Laundry facilities are paid separately and are located in the common areas of the building. The apartment does not have a washer/dryer.

The pool is closed for cleaning and maintenance on Wednesdays.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Stained bed linen and towels may incur charges. Do not use the layette to remove makeup, as they cause permanent stains.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 08:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.

PHOTOGRAPHIC SHOOTS or consumption of alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted in the common areas of the building, especially in the swimming pool, please respect all condominium rules.

We only accept small animals (cat or dog) and a maximum of one (01) per reservation with payment of an extra fee. Please inquire before booking.

The building offers separate laundry facilities in its common areas, outside the apartment.

We organized this space to offer excellent comfort during your stay in São Paulo.

In the apartment there are quality bed linen and towels, as well as small amenities for our guests. The kitchen offers the necessary utensils to make a good meal at home.

Common areas: the infinity pool located on the 15th floor is the highlight of this unit and will be available to you. It has a 50m lane with an infinity edge and spectacular views. The building also has a sauna, large gym and 24-hour concierge.

Parking space available free of charge.

There is a laundry service inside the building, paid separately: request your sheets from us, if necessary.

VISITS:
The apartment will be for your use only for the rented period, you can use the swimming pool, gym and parking.
The building has more than 300 apartments so for your safety and safety of others VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN.

POOL:
Professional photographs are not allowed in the swimming pool or common areas of the building. You cannot smoke NOR CAN YOU DRINK ANY ALCOHOL BEVERAGES by the common areas. A fine of R$1000 will apply if caught by the cameras or security.
Loud music, and glasses are also not allowed in the pool area.

SECURITY MEASURES:
Before your arrival, it is necessary to send a photo ID/document (driver's license or passport) so that we can authorize access with ADMIN and building security.

Upon arrival, you must have in hand the original document you sent us for proper verification by the security team. The document will be held for a few seconds for proper verification. A photo will be taken at check-in.

All common areas (pool, elevators, parking and hallways) are monitored by cameras to ensure your safety and proper compliance to all condo rules.

GARAGE:
There is a parking space for use at no additional cost. In order to use it, you must inform the vehicle model and license plate before your arrival. Only vehicles authorized in advance will be able to access the building.

Quiet hours: from 10 pm to 7 am. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time window. If having a visitor over please bear in mind balconies are wall/connected and your neighbor can listen to you even if you are just having a loud conversation between 2 ppl.
