Note: The building is undergoing renovations on the façade, so there may be noise from construction work during the day.

For everyone's safety, the building requires that guests send their identification documents before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' identification.

We need a few hours to authorize your access at the reception, so if you make your reservation for same-day check-in and this occurs outside business hours, we will need more time to authorize your access.

Visitors are not allowed.

The standard check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or common areas of the building. If this occurs, an extra daily rate will be charged.

Our service hours are from 9:30 am to 11:00 pm. After this time, we do not have online support.

We only accept small animals (cats or dogs) and a maximum of one (01) per reservation with an additional fee. Please check before booking.

Important: When emptying the bathtub, the water must be drained gradually, that is, in three stages (first one third, then two thirds, and finally the rest). This is ESSENTIAL to avoid the risk of flooding in the apartment. If the water is drained too quickly, it may overflow.
