Note: The building is undergoing restoration on the facade, where during your stay there may be construction noise during the day.

1. Document Submission: For everyone's safety, the building requires guests to submit identification documents before arrival. After booking, kindly send a photo of the ID for all guests.

2. Check-in and Check-out Times: Standard check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We may accommodate flexibility upon request, subject to availability.

3. No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and common areas. A penalty fee will be charged for any violations.

4. Service Hours: Our customer service is available from 9:30 AM to 11:00 PM. Please note that online support is not available outside of these hours.

5. Pet Policy: We welcome small pets (one cat or dog) with prior approval and an additional fee. Please contact us before making a reservation to discuss.

6. Visitor Restrictions: To maintain security and privacy, visitors are not allowed during the stay.
