The VITAL BLUE studio is located on the 20th, offering a wonderful view of the city, as well as having a decoration designed to bring tranquility to the space.

It has a full kitchen, a bright balcony with dining area, TV, a comfortable sofa and has AIR CONDITIONING.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs.

It is not permitted to receive visitors.

Laundry facilities are paid separately and are located in the common areas of the building. The apartment does not have a washer/dryer.

The pool is closed for cleaning and maintenance on Wednesdays.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 08:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.

PHOTOGRAPHIC SHOOTS or consumption of alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted in the common areas of the building, especially in the swimming pool, please respect all condominium rules.

We only accept small animals (cat or dog) and a maximum of one (01) per reservation with payment of an extra fee. Please inquire before booking.

The building offers separate laundry facilities in its common areas, outside the apartment.

The tones used were designed in order to bring specific sensations to its users, bringing a more tranquilizing concept, such as the predominance of BLUE, which gives its name to this space, it is a therapeutic color, provoking passive tranquility in the environment, as it is a highly calming tone, it is considered ideal for bringing immediate relaxation.

The building it is located in is highly sought after, with one of the best views of the city, especially from its infinity pool on the 15th floor, which is the perfect place to create unforgettable memories during your stay.
