For everyone's safety, the accommodation requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Our opening hours are from 08:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.

Ubatuba is a Brazilian municipality in the state of São Paulo. Located in the Mesoregion of Vale do Paraíba Paulista and in the Microregion of Caraguatatuba. It is a seaside resort whose territory occupies an area of ​​708.105km², 83% of which is covered by the Serra do Mar State Park. It is surrounded by the Serra do Mar and its lush Atlantic Forest. Almost eighty percent of the territory of the city of Ubatuba consists of conservation areas. The Serra do Mar State Park, created to protect and preserve the Atlantic forest, has three centers within Ubatuba: Cunha-Indaiá, Santa Virgínia and Picinguaba. Furthermore, the city has a headquarters for the TAMAR Project, aimed at conserving sea turtle species on the Brazilian coast.
